Hey y'all! I'm Stephanie Harris — chef, baker, and creator behind Nola's Creationz.

Food has been my passion for over 18 years, long before this became a business. I spent 16 years in the military, sharpening my skills through advanced culinary competitions with a focus on pastries and fine cuisine. After years of perfecting my craft, I turned that passion into Nola's Creationz — six years strong and counting.

Custom cakes, mouthwatering desserts, full event catering, or the kind of food that has everyone asking “who made this?!” — baby, I got you. Amazing food should be delicious, beautifully presented, and affordable, so I keep pricing accessible without ever cutting corners on quality or care.
